You may not know this about me, but after suffering various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD and sleep apnea. I started at a healthy weight (53Kg) but I lost control causing my weight to spiral to (69Kg).
I tried Slimming World, Keto diet, Weight Watchers and many more. Having to lose this weight forced me to be diligent about what I eat just like you.
Over the last 4 years, I have learnt that the best way to lose weight is to keep it real.
I don’t believe in diets, diet foods, cutting out food groups, cutting carbs or calorie counting for long term success. I believe in eating simple, satisfying, unprocessed foods in order to have a balance so you can enjoy the occasional glass of wine, a burger or in my case chocolate cake.
Eating foods to blast fat is surprisingly simple, and you will find along the way reaching your goal is easier and more enjoyable when you have a simple solution.
